Reversed events are perfect for backward guitar solos, creating the illusion of turning back time, or whatever else you can dream up. The event plays backward on the timeline without affecting the source media.

1. Right-click an audio or video event in the timeline.

2. Choose Reverse Event from the shortcut menu. The event is reversed on the timeline, and a subclip is created in the Project Media list for the reversed event.

   An arrow is displayed on the event to indicate that it has been reversed:
