Creating Slow-Motion Video |
If you want to create a slow-motion video effect, provides two methods you can use:

Hold Ctrl while dragging the edge of the event to time-stretch the event.

Right-click a video event, choose Insert/Remove Envelope from the shortcut menu, and then choose Velocity from the submenu to add a velocity envelope to the event.
When video is slowed down, its frame rate will be lower than the project frame rate, and will resample the video to produce smooth motion. To ensure video is resampled as needed, set the Resample event switch to Force Resample or Smart Resample.
